With over 13 years in the fitness industry I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to a successful client transformation.
 
With a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science (Physiology, Kinesiology, Biomechanics) and several other body recomposition qualifications, I’ve been able to help clients achieve their ideal physiques by teaching them how to accurately track calories and macros without them feeling like they need to give up their favourite foods.
 
Having worked with a wide variety of clients over the years, I’ve identified and adopted which training methods work best when it comes to successfully improving your efficacy in the gym, eating habits and overall physical appearance.
